This website is a presentation platform for Atelier Mayne's portfolio and services. It is intended solely for the purpose of facilitating commission enquiries. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services — all engagements are formalised through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Atelier Mayne operates as a sole proprietorship under Indian law. All services are provided subject to a signed Letter of Engagement or Service Agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in matters of project scope, fees, and deliverables.
Atelier Mayne offers boutique interior design services including, but not limited to: concept development, space planning, material and finish selection, furniture curation, project management, and site supervision. The specific scope of services for each commission is defined in the signed agreement for that project.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or commission at our discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
All creative work produced by Atelier Mayne — including but not limited to design concepts, mood boards, drawings, specifications, 3D visualisations, material schedules, and written briefs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Atelier Mayne and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).
Ownership of design deliverables transfers to the client only upon receipt of full and final payment for the relevant phase of work, as stipulated in the signed agreement. Until such payment is received, all work product remains the property of Atelier Mayne and may not be reproduced, shared, or executed by any third party.
All content on this website — including photography, text, graphics, and logos — is the exclusive property of Atelier Mayne. No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
When engaging Atelier Mayne, clients agree to:
All fees are agreed upon and documented in the signed Letter of Engagement prior to commencement of work. The following general terms apply unless otherwise specified in writing:
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per prevailing Indian tax law.
Atelier Mayne treats all client project information — including budgets, floor plans, family composition, and design preferences — as strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with any third party except vendors and contractors engaged to execute the project.
Atelier Mayne reserves the right to photograph completed projects and include them in its portfolio, website, and social media channels, unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Atelier Mayne's liability to any client in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to Atelier Mayne for the specific phase of work in which the issue arose.

Subject to Clause 12 below, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any engagement with Atelier Mayne, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, in the English language, seated in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Atelier Mayne reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Use at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of this website or our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
